ACCOUNT DELETION

Delete your Flex Force X account.

This public page loads without login for Google Play review and FFX users.

You can request deletion of your Flex Force X account and associated personal data at any time. The fastest path is to email support@flexforcex.fitness with the subject Flex Force X account deletion request.

What To Include

  • Your full name, if used on your FFX account.
  • The email address linked to the account you want deleted.
  • A short statement such as: "Please delete my Flex Force X account and associated data."
  • Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, government identifiers, or sensitive health details in the request email.

Deletion Process

Send the request

Email support from the address linked to your FFX account, or include the account email address in the message.

Confirm ownership

We may ask for limited information to verify that you control the account before deleting personal data.

Deletion is processed

After verification, we delete or de-identify account data and associated service data from active systems, subject to the retention exceptions below.

Data Covered By Deletion

Once ownership is verified, deletion covers personal data associated with your Flex Force X account, including:

  • Account profile details and contact information.
  • Training, nutrition, recovery, readiness, check-in, and goal data associated with the account.
  • Connected wearable, HealthKit, location, and optional DNA-derived data stored by Flex Force X, where applicable.
  • AI-generated plans, recommendations, logs, vectors, and decision records associated with the account, unless a retention exception applies.

Retention Exceptions

Some information may be retained where necessary and permitted by law. Where we retain information, we keep only what is necessary and continue to protect it under the Flex Force X Privacy Policy.

  • Records we must keep to meet legal, tax, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, security, or regulatory obligations.
  • Limited audit records needed for safety, compliance, abuse prevention, or investigation of service misuse.
  • Aggregated or de-identified data that no longer identifies you.
  • Backups and operational logs that are overwritten or purged on normal retention schedules.

Other Ways To Delete Or Manage Data

If you can access the app, you may also use Settings -> Account -> Delete account. You can manage optional consent settings in Settings -> Privacy. Public support and privacy request information is also available on the Flex Force X support page.
